SUMMARY:
Our client who’s key focus is to keep on delivering high quality internet solutions to people and businesses are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join their Cape Town team.
We looking for an individual that has an excellent track record in key account management within the ISP sector, with expertise in networking and connections. With existing Key Account relationships within ISP and Channel Sales Market.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
Drive market penetration and identify new business opportunities to grow revenue and market share
Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to adapt strategies and maintain competitiveness
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, fostering a positive, high-performing culture
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and develop training plans to enhance team capabilities
Set clear sales objectives and ensure alignment with overall business goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in the region
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support
Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally to strengthen trust and loyalty
Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations
Proactively identify risks related to customer relationships or sales operations and implement mitigation strategies

Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) – Technical training would be essential
Bachelors degree or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, business development, or operations, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a leadership position
Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a focus on motivating and developing sales teams
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and solve problems effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools
Knowledge of the networking and technology industry is an advantage
