POSITION INFO:

Regional Sales Manager required in the Centurion that can lead and execute the regional sales strategy for a leading player in the residential real estate sector, specialising in mortgage origination, driving profitable growth, building key relationships, and exceeding targets within the home loan market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement regional sales strategies and budgets aligned with company objectives.
Drive new business acquisition, market share growth, and customer retention across various market segments.
Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of success.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including banks, estate agents, and developers.
Monitor sales performance against targets, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Support licensees with operational issues, channel disputes, and complex deals.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Implement sales and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Manage regional P&L and ensure profitable growth.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Matric (essential)
Tertiary qualification in Business Management (advantageous)
7+ years of experience in a senior sales leadership role
Proven track record of managing successful sales teams and exceeding targets
Experience in the home loan industry, Banking or Property
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Valid Drivers and own car required
Willing to travel
