Regional Sales Manager

SUMMARY:
Responsible for the marketing and sales

POSITION INFO:

Experience/Requirements

• Must have at least 10 years' experience in a regional sales role, managing a key accounts portfolio in excess of R250 million per annum, preferably from a similar environment.

• Manage customer forecasts and expectations.

• Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.

• Responsible for debtors within the account portfolio.

• Establish multilevel relationships within key accounts portfolio.

• Customer visits as required (travel locally and to neighbouring countries).

• Manage the order process from inception through to delivery.

• Prepare annual budgets for all key accounts.

• Keep abreast with current market conditions and trends.

• Co-ordinate the process of approval for new designs/artwork in conjunction with key role players.

• Management of customer complaints process.

• Communication of commercial changes in line with specific contract requirements.

• Broad-based understanding of quality management systems.

• Computer literate (e-mail, Excel, Syspro, etc.).

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Sales and Marketing (from a reputable institution).

• Business Management Diploma/Degree (added advantage).
