• Matric
• Tertiary education in Sales and Marketing or similar (highly advantageous)
• A minimum of 3 - 5 years Sales experience in a similar position
• A minimum of 3-5 years Management experience
• Customer Service Training and knowledge
• Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills
• A proven track record of selling to target and delivering profitable growth is essential
• Local and Export Market knowledge
• Develop and Maintain a Strong Customer Database
• Manage a Team of 5 – 10
• Technical Problem Solving
• Product Training - Consultation and Design
• Service Delivery
• ISO Compliance and Quality Assurance
