Team Leadership
- Build and lead a powerhouse On-Premise team — think talent magnet and performance coach.
- Deliver standout field coaching and career development — you don’t just manage, you grow people.

- Live in the field — walk the talk, assess execution, and raise the bar.
Strategy & Execution
- Localize the national business plan and make it hit hard in your region.
- Create killer KPIs and ensure laser-sharp execution.
- Design strategic route plans for optimal territory coverage.
- Chase both horizontal (more doors) and vertical (bigger footprint) growth.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of consumer behavior, competitors, and industry shifts.
- Partner with marketing on disruptive campaigns and unforgettable brand activations.
Commercial & Business Management
- Turn data into decisions — interpret market research, translate KPIs, and drive tactical action.
- Manage budgets, resources, POS materials, and team infrastructure like a seasoned operator.
- Identify market gaps and secure long-term partnerships that matter.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to shape a future-facing commercial game plan.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent hustle.
- 2+ years sales experience with a proven track record of crushing targets.
- 2+ years leading teams (bonus points for FMCG and nightlife chops).
- Previous “Trade Marketing Specialist (On-Premise)” experience? Even better.
- Deep understanding of On-Premise culture (HORECA, nightlife, events).
- Entrepreneurial edge with commercial flair and sharp market instincts.
