We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Regional Engineering Manager to lead our engineering teams across multiple locations within the region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing engineering operations, managing projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of engineering solutions. You will drive the development of engineering processes, foster a culture of innovation, and maintain high standards for quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the regional engineering team to ensure alignment with company goals, projects, and standards.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions across multiple projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring that quality and safety standards are met.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies, processes, and best practices across the region.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams to support their professional growth and ensure high-performance levels.
• Collaborate with senior management, project managers, and other departments to align engineering initiatives with business objectives.
• Monitor and assess project performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions when necessary.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Proven experience in engineering management, with a track record of leading successful projects and teams.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Extensive experience in project management, including budget management, resource allocation, and risk management.
• In-depth knowledge of engineering processes, methodologies, and industry standards.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
