POSITION INFO:
Leading Safari Company is recruiting an experienced Regional Human Capital Manager to be based in Arusha, Tanzania.
Experience required:
Human Resource Qualification or equivalent or similar
At least 5 years or more of management experience
Must be positive, proactive, aware, evolved, energetic, compassionate strong, respectable, good communication and a strong leader
Duties include:
Management of the Arusha Office
Communication of public holidays
Open House Meetings
Custodian of Health and Safety for Arusha Office
Managing Arusha office and Human Capital Budgets monthly
Management of Office Team
Arusha office budget
Co-ordination of all regional events & budgets
Employment process & required paperwork
Induction processes
Exit interview processes
Termination processes are followed
Performance appraisal tracking & summaries for regional planning
Academy – tracking, support and reporting
Succession Planning & tracking
Retirement celebration
Long service celebrations
Reporting
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of HR reporting requirements
Attend HR Meetings
Statutory Requirements
Ensure alignment with statutory requirements
Ensure updates are circulated
Company Policies & Procedures
Ensure that updates are circulated

Training
Monitoring / feedback
Co-ordination on legal cases
