Travel: Up to 70% across SSA

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the engine behind business expansion across Sub-Saharan Africa – unlocking new markets, growing existing partnerships, and ensuring strategic execution of business plans in key countries.

Own and grow defined markets through strong Distributor Partner (DP) management.
Negotiate and align annual KPIs and business plans.
Identify new DPs in untapped “white space” markets.
Travel extensively (up to 70%) across the region to maintain visibility and drive performance.
Lead business reviews and data-driven decision making.
Support demand planning and order flow while keeping tabs on inventory, payments, and logistics.
Track execution, analyze performance, and report it all clearly and consistently.
Partner with internal teams (sales, finance, ops) to make things happen.

What You Bring

Minimum 5+ years in Sales, Distribution or Commercial roles (FMCG/Beverage preferred).
Solid track record working across African markets.
Fluent in English; French (ideally), Afrikaans or African languages = a big plus.
Sharp with numbers, forecasts, and business planning.
Proactive, persuasive, and pragmatic – a “doer” with strategic depth.
Deep knowledge of distribution mechanics and export processes.
Confident presenting, negotiating, and influencing senior partners.
Comfortable flying solo, but just as strong in a team setting.
