In this role you will lead the deployment of the digital service and experience strategy.

Dual reporting line: Regional CEO and International Leader

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Opportunity:
Be the integrator in the digital transformation process, serving as an intermediary between all other executives and functions in the rollout of digital initiatives & capabilities, fully integrating business and technology.

This role will require you to:

Identify new revenue opportunities, revenue streams and client engagement from the adoption and deployment of digital technologies
Deliver value to colleagues and clients while growing the business leveraging digital solutions to unlock innovation and drive productivity, connectivity, and client engagement.

Our client is looking for a minimum of a completed Honours Level/Post Graduate degree.

Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to flex thinking between high level strategy and relevant details
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail;
Ability to articulate yourself engaging across all levels and make the technical, tangible.
Self-organised and process driven
Consumer or B2B internet product experience
Empathy toward your customers and partners
