POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Full cycle 360 recruitment
Effective use of search engines, company resources, own network and tools to research candidates and potential clients
Direct search approaches (headhunting), advert response handling and campaigning for talent
New business generation, cold/warm calling (incl. client visits – new and service – identify and follow up business leads)
Compilation of bench marking reports for clients – salary, availability, candidate pool, industry activity
Client and candidate management
Negotiating offers, acceptance management

Desired Competencies:

Business decision making and knowledge
Ability to influence, persuade and convince
Negotiation skills
Investigative skills (reference checking, competency-based interviewing)
Finely honed and accurate communication skills, verbal and written
Ability to manage self while part of working in a team
