Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition, strong communication skills, and a desire to build relationships with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Identify and attract top talent through networking, headhunting, and job boards
Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability
Negotiate offers and close placements
Achieve and exceed recruitment targets

Requirements:

Previous experience in recruitment, sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
