Our client in Plettenberg Bay is seeking an experienced Real Estate Principle for their team.

Location: Plettenberg Bay

Requirements:

Matric Certificate
Own reliable motor vehicle
4 years or more of experience in real estate
NQF5 - Principle Status
Capable of working with trust funds etc
Registration with the PPRA

Daily duties performed by the real estate Principal :

Identifying villas, acquisition of new Home owner clients (going to villas or cold calling)
Lead follow up from ad campaigns
Talking to owners and explaining our business model
The Principal is going to be the first point of contact for the homeowners as well as for the renters.
They need to be able to perform the check-in and check-out at the property, they need to check whether the property is in a good working condition upon check-in and checkout etc.
Work in hand with the MD ; Staffing, SOP and implementing working systems and structures.

Details:
Working hours: Generally speaking, it’s 9am to 5pm. But the Principal must provide high flexibility for this job.
Room for future growth: yes

Salary:
38,000 - 42,000 salary
Commission
