SUMMARY:
An Estate Agency is looking for energetic and motivated Real Estate Agents, based in Gauteng - Roodepoort:

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities

Sourcing and marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers.
Performing comparative market analysis to estimate property values
Provide guidance and assist sellers and purchasers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
Display and market property to potential purchasers
Prepare and complete required documentation
Maintain and update listings of available properties
Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home

Requirements:

A valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) as issued by PPRA,
Access to Wi-Fi (Teams),
Must be well spoken, friendly, trustworthy and punctual.
Matriculation
Experience as a Real Estate Agent preferred but not a must
Proven track record of successful sales
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
MS Office familiarity

Salary - Commission based ONLY
