SUMMARY:
The Retail Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall performance of the branch, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, managing stock levels, and leading a team to achieve business objectives.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements

Matric certificate (or equivalent).
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of products and their applications, including the ability to read catalogues.
Valid driver’s license.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent sales ability with a proven track record.
