SUMMARY:
The Retail Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall performance of the branch, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, managing stock levels, and leading a team to achieve business objectives. This role involves both operational and administrative responsibilities, requiring strong leadership and organizational skills.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements

Matric certificate (or equivalent).
Minimum 5 years of retail branch management experience.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of products and their applications, including the ability to read catalogues.
Valid driver’s license.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent sales ability with a proven track record.
