Retail/ Logistics industry experience
Order Management Systems
Direct facing
Management of Operations Team
Liaise with customer daily
Support Key Account Manager
Manage & Maintain Client SLA’S within KPI’s
Manage the team (6)
Weekly/Monthly/ Quarterly data collection for Customer Meetings
Ability to work overtime as operational required.
