POSITION INFO:
My client has a posion for a reception for 6 month in Kimberly.
The candidate must be available ASAP
Main purpose:
To provide a professional meet and greet service to visitors to the Company Head Office and to answer the telephone and direct calls accordingly.
To provide administrative support with deliveries, mail, physical access control, boardroom booking and ad hoc administrative services.
Minimum qualification and experience:
Matric or equivalent (NQF 4). T
wo to three years’ experience as Receptionist or Switchboard Operator.
Key performance areas (Include but not limited to):
Receptionist function. General Administration Support.
Technical skills:
Communication. Listening. Interpersonal. Time management.
Required knowledge and Behavioral (include but not limited to):
