Job Description

Reporting to the Operations Manager, You will be responsible for the overall technical integrity of the plant ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards, and leading the implementation of effective maintenance strategies to improve plant reliability. This role includes a blend of technical expertise, strategic planning, and hands-on support to optimize production processes and equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Government Certificate of Competency (GCC) Factories is essential.

Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance management experience, preferably in an FMCG environment.
• Knowledge of NOSA or OHS Act requirements.
• Experience with maintenance programs and systems is advantageous.
