Quantity Surveyor to be based in Illovo/Sandton. Superb role for BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying with 5-8 years’ experience in commercial, retail and residential type projects, including commercial and retail fitout projects, professionally registered with SACQSP who is proficient and experienced in working on JBCC and Fidic contracts with proficiency in use of automated QS tools (Winqs, OST, Dimx). Join this dynamic Investment Holding group who are expanding their Property portfolio and undertake feasibility studies on new developments and improvements as well as perform project risk management and evaluate commercial risk of a new-builds.
