POSITION INFO:
They are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. This includes ensuring that projects are completed within the agreed-upon budget, analysing costs, and preparing tender and contract documents.
Duties:
- Prepare and evaluate tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation.
- Perform risk and value management and cost control during the project lifecycle.
- Identify, analyse, and develop responses to commercial risks.
- Negotiate and procure subcontractor packages.
- Provide advice on contractual claims and dispute resolution.
- Manage project cash flow and commercial performance.
- Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and submit final accounts.

Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the Construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficiency in cost estimation and financial management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in relevant software, such as MS Office, AutoCAD, and QS software (e.g., CostX, Buildsoft).
