POSITION INFO:

Are you a driven Data Scientist with expertise in machine learning and experience in the Banking, Telecommunications, or Insurance sectors? Eager to apply your model-building skills to fuel innovation? Join the team and make an impact!

Key skills: Machine Learning, K-Means, Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, and NLP.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models to tackle complex business challenges.
Analyze large datasets to deliver actionable insights for data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with data strategies.
Present findings and model results to executives and stakeholders in an impactful way.
Continuously improve models to meet evolving data and business needs.
Stay updated with the latest data science and machine learning advancements.

Qualifications:

BSc in Mathematics, Statistics, or Actuarial Science (Honours/Masters preferred).
3-5 years of experience as a Data Scientist, especially within Banking, Telecommunications, or Insurance.
Proven expertise in machine learning, model-building, and data analysis.
Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or similar statistical programming languages.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
