Quality Manager - Vehicle Manufacturing

We are looking for a Quality Manager to oversee the quality control processes in our manufacturing plant. In this key role, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives, maintain compliance with industry standards, and ensure our products meet the highest levels of excellence.
As the Quality Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the quality management system (QMS) for vehicle manufacturing, ensuring that every product meets both company and regulatory standards.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Management System (QMS): Develop, implement, and manage the QMS for vehicle manufacturing to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Audits & Compliance: Conduct internal and external audits to ensure adherence to ISO, IATF, and other relevant industry standards.
• Quality Issue Resolution: Identify, track, and resolve quality issues throughout the production lifecycle.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to drive process improvements and cost-effective quality solutions.
• Staff Training: Provide training to staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices to ensure continuous learning and development.
• Reporting & Analysis: Analyze quality metrics, track performance, and report findings to senior management for strategic decision-making.
• Product Conformity: Ensure all materials, components, and finished vehicles meet company and regulatory quality standards.
• Root Cause Analysis: Lead root cause analysis and corrective action (RCCA) activities to address product non-conformities.
• Supplier Quality Management: Maintain and enhance supplier quality performance through audits and evaluations.

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 8 years of experience in quality management within the automotive or vehicle manufacturing industry.
• Expert Knowledge: In-depth understanding of quality control methodologies, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing.
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams to achieve quality excellence.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, solve complex quality issues, and implement solutions effectively.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Quality Management Software: Proficient in using quality management software and tools.
• Industry Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of automotive industry regulations and safety standards.
