Quality Manager

SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Quality Manager to lead and manage all quality-related functions, ensuring that our products consistently meet customer and regulatory requirements.

POSITION INFO:
Role Summary:
The successful candidate will oversee Quality Engineering, Quality Auditing, and Production Quality Assurance (inspections), playing a key role in driving a culture of continuous improvement, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Quality Department, including Quality Engineers and Quality Inspectors.
• Oversee and continuously improve the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 and aviation industry standards (e.g., AS9100).
• Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance policies, procedures, and performance metrics.
• Plan and conduct internal audits, supplier audits, and support customer audits.
• Analyse quality performance data and lead root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action initiatives.
• Ensure proper documentation and traceability of quality inspections throughout the production lifecycle.
• Act as the main point of contact for customer quality concerns and manage non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Support product and process validation, first article inspections (FAIs), and final product acceptance.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure quality is embedded in all stages.
• Promote a strong quality culture throughout the organization.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of quality management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Prior experience in the aerospace or high-tech composite manufacturing industry highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, or other aerospace/automotive quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
