POSITION INFO:

REQUIREMENTS

Related tertiary background in Quality/ Engineering/ Auditing
5 years of experience in a Quality manufacturing environment
Knowledge of FMEA, ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, APQP, VDA 6.3 and IATF 16949
Computer literacy, specifically in MS Office
Minimum 3 audits conducted as Lead Auditor

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure parts manufactured meet the customers' requirements and that all documentation is completed per the Quality Management System (QMS) or instructions
Take full responsibility for plant quality and manage a team to achieve quality compliance and ensure customer satisfaction
Manage and comply with the IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 Quality Management System as well as Production Quality Assurance and PPAPs during new product implementation processes
IATF 16949 Quality Management Systems (QM) and Quality Management System Representative
Quality assurance
Quality tasks during new process development projects and launch
Quality and quantity control
Staff management
Safety and housekeeping
Quality systems - IATF 16949/ ISO 9001/ VDA 6.3 and customer-specific requirements
