POSITION INFO:

Job Description:
Drive the implementation of a Total Quality Management System across all sites and divisions, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement
Oversee the creation, review, and implementation of SOPs and the Quality Manual
Manage deviations, change controls, and corrective actions according to approved SOPs
Lead quality review meetings within Group Quality Assurance
Facilitate self-inspections and ensure effective corrective and preventative actions are identified and implemented

Skills & Experience:
Experience in sheet metal fabrication (preferred)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills at all organizational levels
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse, multi-skilled teams
Capable of working independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines
Effective time management and the ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 environment
Strong analytical skills and a self-starter with the ability to manage tasks unsupervised

Minimum requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a process manufacturing environment
Management experience as a Process Specialist, Quality Engineer or Quality Manager
BSc/BEng/B-Tech or Diploma in relevant quality/process education
Six Sigma/ISO certification would be advantageous
