Quality Manager for Manufacturing Plant of Packaging Materials
Location: West Rand Area
 
Role Overview
The Quality Manager ensures the quality of all products and processes in the manufacturing plant, focusing on ISO standards and packaging for plastic materials. They develop and maintain quality management systems to meet industry standards and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities

• Quality Management Systems: Develop and maintain ISO-compliant systems, conduct audits, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Process Improvement and Process Management: Identify and implement improvements, lead initiatives for product quality and efficiency, and collaborate on corrective actions.
• Quality Control: Oversee inspection and testing, implement procedures, and document activities.
• Training and Development: Train staff on quality standards and conduct regular sessions.
• Customer Relations: Address complaints, understand customer requirements, and provide technical support.

• Education: ISO certification preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years in quality management within manufacturing, with a focus on ISO standards and plastic packaging.
• Skills: Knowledge of quality control methodologies, problem-solving, leadership, communication, and proficiency in quality management software.
