SUMMARY:
A well-established company in based Durban, KZN is looking for a Quality Manager to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Suitable tertiary qualification (preferred candidate will have a B-Tech or similar)
5 yrs Quality Management experience
Experience in a technical, engineering or motor industry environment.
Good numerical and communication skills.
Experience with problem solving tools.
Knowledge of ISO 9000 Quality systems.

Responsibilities:

Administrate & manage ISO 9000 Quality system
Quality Inspections for technical compliance
Manage data and reporting for Quality system.
Supervise quality inspectors.
SHEQ Compliance Officer duties.
Handle & resolve customer complaints.
Facilitate problem solving & route cause analysis to prevent re-occurrence.
Updating Policies & Procedures.
Drive continuous improvement to reduce defects in the manufacturing facility.
