Quality Manager

SUMMARY:
My client has an opportunity for a Quality Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining of the HSQ management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and conduct regular audits throughout the project, to ensure that all parties are working to the project specifications.

POSITION INFO:

• Grade 12, Boilermaker Trade Test, Level 2 Welding inspectors (SAIW), Galvanizing Inspectors level 2, Lead Auditors Course (ISO 9001; 2015 and ISO 45001) and Training in SHE (Non-negotiable)
• Knowledge Codes and Standards (SANS 2001; CS- 2017, AWS D1.1;2015, ASME IX, EN ISO 15624, EN ISO 9606, ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 45001, MT and PT level 2, Galvanizing Inspectors level 2, RT interpretation (SAIW), ASME / NBIC Codes of construction (SAIW) and NACE Level 1.
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience as a quality manager working for a Turnkey company.
• 6 years at Artisan Level, 5 Years as a QC inspector, 2 Years as a Safety Officer and 5 Years as a SHEQ Manager.
• Experience in implementation of ISO9001-2015 and ISO 45001 and experience in implementation of EN 3834.
• Responsible for the implementation and assessment of client satisfaction on every project.
• Survey analysis to establish the internal and external company performance based on customer feedback.
