SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager who has food safety and citrus fruit quality experience.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12
Relevant degree (Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology etc.)
At least 5 years suitable experience
BRC, HACCP, AVCASA experience and training
Internal Auditing Training
Citrus quality experience - essential
Strong leadership and management qualities

Duties and Responsibilities:
Food Safety:

Deputy leader of Food Safety Team
Assist with Managing, implementing, maintaining and auditing of the Food Safety System
Monitor and advise on continuous improvement of the Food Safety System.

Fruit Quality:

Manage, train and monitor the Quality Team
Monitoring and communication of all fruit quality standards to ensure the final product meets requirements and standards
Manage inspections of quality personnel
Liaise with managers and staff in the company to ensure the Quality System is functioning properly
Develop, implement, maintain and improve quality systems
Ensure compliance with company packing guide
