Quality Head of Department

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Automotive Manufacturing Industry in Silverton is looking for a Quality Head of Department to set standards, analyzing key performance indicators and leading initiatives to boost quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Salary negotiable depending on experience and qualification.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Relevant degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related field (A Must / Not negotiable)
• 7 - 10 years' experience in the manufacturing / automotive industry
• At least 5 years' experience in performance management, quality assurance or operational leadership with more than 2 years in a managerial position
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt
• Expertise in quality systems (ISO, COPC)
• Quality or performance management certifications are an advantage
• Oversee Black Belt and Master Black Belt projects
• Collaborating with international stakeholders to ensure consistent quality standards and regulatory compliance across all regions.
• Implement and manage quality systems and certifications such as ISO, COPS to meet internal and external requirements, lead process improvements strategies aligned with company's global objectives
