SUMMARY:
A position risen with my client in the Automotive Industry to, set standards, analyzing key performance indicators, and leading initiatives to boost quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

POSITION INFO:

AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY

Qualifications and Experience required:

Grade 12 and Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (non-negotiable)
At least 5 years in performance management, quality assurance, or operational leadership, with 2+ years in managerial capacity.
Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Higher
Expertise in quality systems (ISO, COPC)
Quality or performance management certifications are an advantage
7 to 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry/Automotive Industry

Software, Equipment, Tools and Machinery required:

Software: QMS platforms, ERP systems, SPC software, data visualization tools, and project management tools.
Equipment: Testing and inspection devices, calibration tools, and precision measuring instruments.
Tools: RCA tools (e.g., 5 Whys), process improvement frameworks, and audit tools.
Machinery: Production-line monitoring systems and industry-specific equipment (e.g., CNC machines).

Responsibilities:

Oversee Black Belt and Master Black Belt projects
Ensuring successful execution and measurable outcomes
Build and mentor high-performance teams, fostering a culture of quality, innovation, and collaboration.Implement and manage quality systems and certifications (e.g. ISO, COPC) to meet internal and external
Collaborate with international stakeholders to ensure consistent quality standards and regulatory compliance across all regions.
