Quality Analyst

We are currently on a search for a Quality Analyst for Port Elizabeth. This position is responsible for overseeing and verifying the completion of all required documentation and processes throughout the entire project lifecycle. The Quality Analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization to ensure a seamless transition between project phases by maintaining adherence to all Quality standards.

Location: Port Elizabeth
Full time office based

Responsibilities:

•Development and improvement of the IT QM system that defines and stores all our Quality standards\guidelines for IT as whole, i.e Quality Handbook, Quality Test cases, Testing Software, etc.

•Development and maintenance of an IT business process model (IT PEP).

•Organization of development planning, initiation and control in the implementation of projects.

•Identification of process breaks, demonstration of optimization potential and description of target concepts.

•Ensure/facilitate that IT and business solutions meet the Group Governance and Quality standards, by active participation in solution provision, to ensure long term sustainability and reliability of solutions.

•To conduct/facilitate regular project reviews in all respects (e.g. financial, timing, product quality etc.), thereby ensuring top quality IT projects/solutions delivery based on IT PEP.

•Collaborate effectively with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Technical Leads, and other stakeholders to gather and verify required documentation.

•Establish and conduct quality gates, by scrutinizing proposed IT project/ systems/ solutions to ensure top quality solutions are provided by IT to IT customers.

•Conduct self-audits (IT) of IT processes, projects and solutions, and provide practical recommendations and guidance to the rest of IT and applicable contractors, thereby ensuring top quality sustainable IT solutions.

•Conduct on-the-job and/or educational sessions to ensure IT Governance and Quality requirements become part of the IT culture in all respects (Product, Process and Documentation).
