QC Welding Inspector level 1

SUMMARY:
A well establish Steel Manufacturing company in the West Rand, is seeking the services of a QC Welding Inspector Level 1

POSITION INFO:

- NQF level 4 Qualification (Grade 12)
- Maths
- A degree or equivalent will be an advantage.
- Level 1 / 2 QC SAIW


- Must have QC experience in the fabrication industry.
- ISO 3834 & ISO 9001 knowledge would be advantageous.
- Compiling databooks would be advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively identify, communicate and solve problems.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook
- Organizational skills with ability to plan and execute daily activities.



- Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in steel fabrication
- Must have some estimation experience
- Must be able to pay attention to detail.
- Real-time experience in the same field is preferred
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office
- Profound knowledge of quality control standards
