SUMMARY:
Our client specializes in project support for the (petro) chemical and maritime industries. They provide personnel in the areas of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operations, Maintenance, and Safety. They are seeking a QC Inspector - Civil & Steel Structure.

POSITION INFO:
Job Title: QC Inspector - Civil & Steel Structure
Location: Netherlands
Salary: To be discussed in the Interview
Vacancy Type: Full-Time

Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:

Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
Extensive experience in civil and steel structure inspections.
Knowledge of building codes, standards, and safety regulations.
Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).

Beneficial requirements:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Duties and responsibilities:

Inspect civil and steel structures during construction and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with safety and building codes.
Conduct material tests and review engineering plans.
Identify and document non-conformities or quality issues.
Work with project teams to resolve quality control issues.
