QA and Support Analyst

SUMMARY:
One of our clients—a trailblazing fintech roaring across Africa—is hunting for a QA & Support Analyst to safeguard their growing platform. You’ll test, troubleshoot, and tame bugs like a true queen (or king) of code quality, contributing directly to their expansion across Zambia, South Africa, Uganda, and Kenya.

POSITION INFO:

Own second-line support and root cause analysis like Rafiki with a staff of wisdom
Help squash bugs before they become stampedes—design and execute test plans, scripts, and regression testing
Collaborate with product owners and devs to raise the bar on performance, stability, and support
Offer weekend standby support for critical issues—because even in the Circle of Life, apps must stay online
Ensure software is bug-free, secure, and Hakuna-Matata-ready

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5+ years in QA or support roles (bonus if you've worn both hats!)
SQL mastery for precise data validation
Certified in ISTQB (or similar)
Proficient in root cause analysis, regression testing, and bug tracking
Clear documentation, critical thinking, and laser-focused problem solving
Passion for clean releases, scalable platforms, and contributing to Africa’s fintech growth story

Qualification:
Relevant technical qualification or certification in Quality Assurance
ISTQB Certification required
