QA Manager Vehicles

We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our team and help ensure the highest standards of quality across all vehicle production processes.

POSITION INFO:
Position Overview: As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the implementation of quality control procedures in our manufacturing plant. You will play a critical role in driving continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining compliance with industry standards. This role demands a highly organized, strategic thinker with a passion for precision and excellence in vehicle manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage the overall quality management system (QMS) for vehicle manufacturing.
• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with ISO, IATF, and other industry standards.
• Identify, track, and resolve quality issues throughout the production lifecycle.
• Work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to drive process improvements and cost-effective quality solutions.
• Provide training to staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Analyze and report on quality metrics and performance to senior management.
• Ensure that all materials, components, and finished vehicles meet company and regulatory quality standards.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action (RCCA) activities for product non-conformities.
• Maintain and enhance supplier quality performance through audits and evaluations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in quality management in the automotive or vehicle manufacturing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of quality control methodologies, systems, and standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in quality management software and tools.
• Knowledge of automotive industry regulations and safety standards.
