QA Engineer

SUMMARY:
Are you passionate about ensuring software excellence? We’re looking for a QA Engineer to join our team, where you’ll develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to guarantee the quality of our products. You’ll be working closely with developers, product managers, and other key stakeholders to ensure that our software is robust, reliable, and meets our clients' needs.

POSITION INFO:

As a QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in the product development process by designing and implementing tests, debugging code, and defining corrective actions. You’ll be responsible for reviewing system and feature requirements, applying the best testing practices, and conducting tests prior to product launches. Your work will directly ensure our software runs smoothly and is delivered cost-effectively.

Skills & Experience:
Design, maintain, and execute test cases for both new and existing features
Estimate, prioritize, and coordinate testing activities efficiently.
Actively contribute to an agile development team
Develop and maintain automated test scripts in line with best practices
Maintain a test and script repository and ensure up-to-date documentation
Report on testing activities, bugs, and recommendations for fixes
Provide occasional support to Call Centre teams for issue resolution

Qualification:
Proven experience in web and mobile testing
Familiarity with test management tools and agile testing methodologies
Experience with Git
Hands-on experience with JavaScript and SQL
