A leading organisation is looking for a talented Python Developer to join their dynamic Data Science team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Model (LLM) systems, taking them from prototype to production. The role involves designing and implementing data pipelines, microservices, and integrations while ensuring compliance with privacy, security, and data quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and system architects to deliver innovative machine learning and NLP solutions.
• Develop reusable data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• Design and implement scalable microservices and ML/LLM components.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and data governance regulations.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies to enhance solution effectiveness.
• Monitor model performance post-production and continuously improve systems.
• Document development processes and participate in code reviews.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong Python experience with a focus on data-driven development.
• Proficiency in SQL and database integration.
• Experience with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (Azure or GCP is a plus).
• Experience with DevOps/DataOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Advantageous: Skills in Java, Scala, or R and experience working with unstructured data (HTML, PDFs, etc.).

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years'' experience as a Developer or Data Engineer, focusing on Python solutions.
