SUMMARY:
Grasp large line of items, some of a technical nature to assist with costing of stock, freight imports and liaise with suppliers.

POSITION INFO:

Great position if you enjoy being busy and part of a dynamic organisation based in Woodstock, Cape Town. Your relevant experience and skillset in Purchasing will make you a suitable candidate for the role. This position is office based, working hours 08h00 - 17h00 Monday to Friday.

Criteria:

Matric
Financial experience or relevant qualification
2-3 years relevant experience
Purchasing experience
Ability to manage a small team
Costing of stock
Freight imports
Booking UPS
Liaise with suppliers
Deal with customer''s accounts, receipts
Strong EXCEL and WORD - strong computer skills
Assisting with booking collection or couriers, sea freight, airfreight
Keen eye for detail and sticking to procedures
Excellent administrative skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self motivated - strong goal-orientated
Present yourself in a professional manner
Ability to learn large line of items
Excellent organisational skills
