Job Title: Purchasing Manager.

About Our Client: Our client is a leading provider of quality tools, equipment, and supplies for the jewelry and watchmaking industries. They are committed to delivering exceptional service and products to their customers, and they value efficient and effective sales administration as a key component of their operations.

Summary: costing of stock, freight imports, booking UPS, liaise with suppliers

• Deal with customers’ accounts, receipts
• Have a financial experience or background
• Strong administratively on excel & word.
• Assisting with booking collection or couriers, sea freight airfreight
• Must be strong with computer skills
• Keen eye for detail & sticking to procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Presentable and well spoken
• Must have 2-3 years sales experience
• Ability to learn 6500 line items quickly ( some of a technical nature)
• Good organisational skills

Working hours: Full time permanent position

Area: Cape Town, office based in Woodstock.

Salary: R10 000-R16 000 ( depends on experience)
