Our client based in Cape Town is looking for a strong Sales leader to look after the Sales and Marketing department

POSITION INFO:
Main Purpose of the Job:
Lead provincial sales and marketing strategy for Insurance, driving growth and visibility of insurance products in the province.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute provincial business objectives aligned with company strategy
Manage stakeholder relationships and enhance customer acquisition and retention
Oversee operational efficiency and financial sustainability
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Insurance sales

Qualifications and Experience:

B Degree in Commerce or relevant insurance qualification
FAIS eligibility as a Representative
10 years of experience in business development, operations, and stakeholder management
Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
Willingness to work extended hours and travel extensively
