SUMMARY:
Proposals Manager (engineer), East Rand.
B.Eng. mechanical degree and relevant technical, sales and proposals estimating experience of at least 5 years. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a technical environment with a strong commercial acumen as a pre-requisite.
· Managing and measuring of the quotation process and department
· Managing subordinates and departmental quality and performance by driving key KPI’s i.e. quote lead time, accuracy and lexical quality of quotes

Must have BEng Qualification. Not negotiable.
Salary is R1 050 000 CTC p.a.
