• Manage all aspects of assigned properties

• Oversee maintenance and repair of facilities
• Handle tenant concerns and requests

• Matric or equivalent
• Relevant degree or diploma advantageous
• Minimum 10 years previous experience in property industry
• Minimum 5 years previous experience in property management
• Knowledge of real estate law and regulations
• Network of Retail and Commercial Tenants on a National and Regional Scale
• Knowledge of hospitality industry advantageous
