SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Manager to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, financial reporting, and tenant relations, with the ability to oversee a diverse property portfolio.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Leasing & Tenant Management: Handle lease negotiations, renewals, tenant onboarding, and relationship management.
Financial Reporting & Budgeting: Prepare accurate financial reports, manage budgets, track arrears, and ensure optimal financial performance.
Utility Management: Monitor and manage utilities, ensuring efficiency and cost control.
Capital Expenditure: Oversee capital projects, ensuring compliance with timelines and budgets.
Legal & Audit Compliance: Address legal matters, audit findings, and implement necessary controls.
Arrears Management: Proactively manage arrears, implement recovery plans, and ensure compliance with credit terms.

Qualifications & Requirements:

BSc Honours in Property Studies, Real Estate, or a related field (other relevant qualifications will be considered).
EEAB Registered and FFC Certification (advantageous).
Proven experience in leasing, financial management, and tenant relations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
