SUMMARY:
A financial services specialist is seeking to hire a Sales Consultant to become part of their growing team.

Matric qualification
Own car/transport and valid driver’s license

Minimum Experience:

At least 3 years of proven success in sales conversions.
Experience in proactively prospecting within a high-pressure sales environment.

Job description:

Actively engage in both proactive and reactive prospecting methods, leveraging lead providers, direct marketing, and a variety of outreach strategies
Build a strong network by forming partnerships and nurturing relationships
Implement referral campaigns, outdoor/mall/community marketing, social media efforts, corporate presentations, and wellness days to expand reach
Use open-ended questions to identify both financial and emotional client needs
Pre-qualify clients by reviewing their background, credit reports, and affordability
Recognize financial challenges and provide tailored solutions
Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-up actions
Apply in-depth product knowledge to recommend personalized solutions
Clearly explain application processes and relevant credit criteria
Offer upfront clarification of any complex situations and ensure all supporting documentation is provided
Review and explain all terms and conditions of the final offer to the client
Summarize the benefits of the product package and any applicable conditions
Keep clients informed and updated throughout the process
Respond to client inquiries with clear and thorough explanations
Continue engagement after the client accepts the offer and request referrals
Accurately complete and capture applications based on client needs and qualifications
Gather all supporting documents and ensure the file is fully prepared for processing
