Our client in Durbanville specialises in a niche residential and commercial property market and is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from planning to execution. Projects range from renovations and new developments to unique custom requests from property owners.

We are looking for people who thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment and are driven to make a meaningful impact.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, or a related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in the real estate or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Apple Mac proficient and Google Suite experience essential
Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

DUTIES

Develop project proposals and budgets.
Create detailed project plans and timelines.
Manage contractors and subcontractors.
Track project progress, budgets and provide feedback.
Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
Build relationships with stakeholders and retain regular communication
Close out projects with final documentation and analysis.

Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
