SUMMARY:
DBN000025 – Property Bookkeeper (Ballito)

Purpose of the Job:
To oversee all bookkeeping and admin functions for a property company.

Required Qualifications:

Accounting degree or diploma

POSITION INFO:

Technical Tasks & Competencies:

Tenant invoicing including rent and utilities
Capturing monthly expenses and payments
Capturing tenant receipts and managing debtors
Reviewing tenant leases and handling queries
Compiling property budgets
Preparing monthly management accounts
Previous experience with MDA Property System
