SUMMARY:

This role focuses on the operational side of finance, driving improvements in budgets and leading the preparation of management committee reports.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Include:

Collaborate with teams to enhance budgeting processes and ensure financial accuracy.
Analyze financial performance to identify opportunities for operational improvement

Job Requirements:

A relevant financial qualification (BCom or similar).
Proven experience in property accounting or financial operations within the property sector.
Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
3-5 years' experience.
MDA advantageous.
