SUMMARY:
A leading multinational organisation has a vacancy for a full-time Projects Administrator, based in Kosmosdal, Centurion.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
To efficiently manage and administer project documentation, timelines, and communication under the guidance of the Project Operations Manager.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Will be responsible for maintaining project schedules, tracking progress using Gantt Charts, and preparing reports for meetings.
Project coordination and scheduling.
Providing operational support to the project teams local and cross-border.
Document control and compliance administration.
Served as a liaison between project stakeholders, including maintenance and operations teams working on cross-border projects.
Prepare and distribute regular project status reports (internally and externally).
Quality assurance, compliance with industry standards to be monitored.
Project resources allocation, including arranging delivery of tools and equipment to various project teams.
Financial administration, tracking project costs and reporting on expenditures.
Assist with flights, work permits, schedules and custom requirements for the Projects Department.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must be SA Citizen with valid ID, and have a clear criminal history.
Valid Driver's licence / own transport is required.
