POSITION INFO:
My client is looking for a problem-solving, detail-oriented, and highly skilled Projects Supervisor to manage and oversee a variety of key projects. The role will primarily focus on yellow fleet projects, product sourcing and delivery, and construction services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team to deliver projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
- Handle project documentation, schedules, and budgets efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout all projects.
- Regularly report on project progress to senior management.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in fleet management, construction, or product sourcing.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing high-performing teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on quality.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on organization and timely project completion.
- Strong communication skills for coordination with team members and stakeholders.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, and Project) is essential.
- Proficient in English and Sesotho.
